Nissan’s 2008 Altima Hybrid is a mid-sized car. The sleek lines of the Altima makes it a perfect fit for younger and older drivers. With aftermarket products like tail lights, body effects, and wheel choices - The Nissan Altima has almost a cult like following.
Competing with the Honda Civic market, the Nissan Altima is a force to be reckoned with.
Although based on the Toyota Camry Hybrid drivetrain (which Nissan bought rights to use), the Altima Hybrid outperforms the Camry when it comes to handling and acceleration. Of course it’s far from being considered a “sports” car, the the goal is to save gas, look good, and have fun all at the same time right?
When it comes to performance, the Nissan Altima Hybrid is the one to beat. It just “feels” more like a regular car than compared to other hybrids.
But don’t take my word for, take it and another hybrid for a spin and you’ll see what I mean.
