Coupons - You Can Save Way More Than You Might Think
April 24, 2008
Here’s a great tip on saving money.
Using coupons. For those of you who don’t use them, they can add up quickly when you or someone does the grocery shopping.
Free printable coupons are available on the internet and they don’t cost you anything to print out. Well, only the cost of the sheet of paper.
But if done correctly, a “dollar off” can equal 2 dollars or more depending if the item is on sale or not. I’ve been able to use coupons and save over $3 because of doubling the coupon and the item being on sale. It’s gotten to the point where it’s a contest to see how much I can save.
So whether you use free printable coupons, coupons from a book, or coupons from the local mailers or newspapers. They quickly add up. Once you begin strategically using them, you’ll realize just how much you’ve been wasting over the years.
Just don’t get bogged down by wasting all that money. The important thing here is that you now know what to do. If you don;t use coupons from this point on, then yeah… go ahead and kick yourself.
But my gut feeling is that you are here to save money on gas. So why not take advantage of other ways to save money? The more money you keep in the bank, the better of you’ll be - and that’s really what it’s all about right?
